- Strategic Content Planning: Structured content plans with various post types (Educational, Promotional, Wins, Trendjacking, etc.)
- Content Scheduling: Calendar-based scheduling and posting to your LinkedIn account
- News Monitoring: Real-time alerts for trending topics and news relevant to your niche
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Detailed insights into your content performance and engagement metrics
- LinkedIn Integration: Direct posting and data synchronization through LinkedIn's official APIs
- Draft Management: Tools for creating, editing, and managing content drafts
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 LinkedIn Integration
To use core features of the Service, you must connect your LinkedIn account through LinkedIn's official APIs. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you:
- Authorize us to access your LinkedIn profile, posts, and engagement data
- Grant us permission to post content to your LinkedIn account on your behalf
- Agree to comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Understand that your LinkedIn account remains subject to LinkedIn's policies and terms
3.3 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. AI Training and Content Generation
4.1 Personal AI Training
By using the Service, you agree to allow us to train AI models on your past posts, writing samples, and content to create a personalized AI that matches your tone and style. This Personal AI:
- Is trained specifically for your account and writing style
- Improves over time based on your continued use and feedback
- Is used solely to generate content for your account
4.2 Content Generation Disclaimer
While we strive to generate high-quality, relevant content, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting
- We do not guarantee the performance or engagement of AI-generated content
- You remain solely responsible for all content posted to your LinkedIn account
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, provide, or post through the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Use your content to train and improve your Personal AI
- Store and process your content to provide the Service
- Post content to your LinkedIn account on your behalf
- Create anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
5.2 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
5.3 Content Standards
You agree not to use the Service to create, post, or distribute content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Promotes illegal activities or violence
- Contains spam, misleading information, or malicious content
- Violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is offered through various subscription plans. Pricing, features, and billing cycles are detailed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
6.2 Payment and Billing
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
- We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment
- Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility
6.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of your subscription, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Account Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
